White Dry Kvevri Wine
The wine is made of Kakhetian Mtsvane grape variety, hand-picked and grown in the vineyard planted along the bank of the River Orvili in Akhmeta district of Kakheti region. It is made with conventional Kakhetian rule in Kvevri (clay jug) involving the fermentation with the use of natural yeast without any additive. The grape is fermented, stored and aged in Kvevri during 5 months after in contact with its chacha for six months.
The straw yellow wine with golden reflections is intensely fruity, which evokes the sensations of field flowers and herbs, enriched by field strawberry aroma. It is distinguished by joyful sourness and harmonious sorted taste.
It is characterized by high antioxidant properties due to the specific Georgian technology of Kvevri making. Origination of small noble sediment is possible
